What are the dates of the conference?
Brewing Summit 2022 will take place August 14-16, 2022 in Providence, Rhode Island, and all conference programming will be held at the Omni Providence Hotel.
When will registration open for Brewing Summit 2022?
Registration will open April 18, 2022! Rates and other important registration information are now posted on the
meeting website. Advance registration ends June 30, 2022 so register as soon as it opens for the best rates and to secure your spot!
What is the cancellation/refund policy for Brewing Summit 2022?
Registration cancellations MUST be made in writing and received no later than
July 15, 2022. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $100 processing fee. Registration cancellations received after
July 15, 2022, are NOT subject to a refund. At any time, you may transfer your registration to another member of your organization.
Brewing Summit reserves the right to cancel the meeting if a sufficient number of registrations are not received by
July 15, 2022. If Brewing Summit cancels this meeting, your registration fee will be refunded in full. In the event any portion of the meeting is cancelled, Brewing Summit is not liable for nonrefundable airfares or ticket change penalties imposed by the airlines. By registering for this meeting, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms and conditions.

When will I know if my submitted abstract has been accepted?
The deadline to submit an abstract to Brewing Summit was March 28, 2022. At this time, all abstract submissions are in review. If you have any questions on your submission status, please
reach out to Brewing Summit with your question.
Do I need to be registered for the meeting to present my abstract?
Yes. ALL presenters (oral, workshop, and poster) MUST register in order to present at the meeting. The presenter registration deadline is
June 17, 2022. Failure to register by this date will result in the abstract being withdrawn from the meeting.

Will there be a mobile app?
Yes! Our new meeting platform has both desktop and mobile functionality that all registrants will have access through. In your app store, search and download "Eventsential". Once the app is downloaded, you will search for Brewing Summit and click on Brewing Summit 2022 meeting. You will then be able to sign in and create your schedule, view content, and interact with fellow attendees.
What is Brewing Summit and the Omni Providence Hotel doing to keep attendees safe onsite?
The health and well-being of our attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and staff is our top priority. Our policy aims to safeguard the health and safety of all Brewing Summit 2022 attendees and is based on guidelines from the CDC, our meeting location, and our event venue.
What will be required of me as an attendee onsite?
Brewing Summit will require that all onsite attendees are fully vaccinated OR can provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test (taken within 48 hours of picking up your badge onsite) to enter the conference. We have partnered with Safe Expo to administer this verification process. If you have received or plan to receive the vaccine before you travel, you will be asked to upload your vaccination card to the Safe Expo secure portal (link to be posted when open). If you are not vaccinated, you will be asked to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test (taken within 48 hours) when you pick up your badge onsite.
